Installations:
Quick- Most properties are complete in less than a week, on average 50-60 units a day.
Quality- Every installation is inspected by an in-house trained supervisor to ensure quality control. We are proud a have a less than a %1 callback.
Tracked and Notated- Installs are tracked daily with detailed notes for each unit. With the aid of electronic spreadsheets we are able to track in real time what unit our installation team is on. At the end of a project a master sheet is given to the property and owner to get an overview of the installs performed.
Professional- All employees are hired/trained within and have background checks capable satisfying military housing projects (military housing retrofit experience).
Our Teams
Our Installation Teams and attention to detail are what sets us apart from the competition. We do not pick random contractors to get the job done. Instead, everyone is hired and trained from within to develop the natural skills each Supervisor, Installer, and Helper possess.
Supervisors- Each project is run by a team Supervisor whose job is to keep the project organized and above all check for quality on installs. Each installation is meticulously inspected checking for leaks and quality, ensuring every fixture is functioning properly. With detailed notes you can be confident your conservation products will be working just as they were intended, through the life of your investment.
Installers- The backbone that has developed USWEC's reputation for quick and quality installations. Installation takes 20-30 min per unit leaving little time for residents to be disturbed. Our training programs for installers not only focuses on the installation portion of projects, but also how to be professional with staff and courteous with residents.
Helpers- Our quick installation means old fixtures pile up fast. Helpers keep your property looking clean. The objective of our helpers is to make the property looks as if this project is not taking place. Rest assured old lightbulbs, toilets and thermostats will be disposed of properly and safely.
